Job Summary: Responsible for preparing, updating and reviewing accounting documents and information and performing general clerical duties.

  • Invoicing
  • Balance Sheets

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.


  • High School diploma or equivalent. Previous accounting and general clerical experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of accounting practices, procedures, terminology and mathematical principals.
  • Excellent skills using Excel, Oracle, and other Microsoft Office Products.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with management, merchandisers, and co-workers.
  • Effective analytical, problem solving, planning, and organization skills.
